Fees
Transparent, Performance-Aligned Fees.
ADVISORY FEE

2% per annum (or 0.1667% per month), paid monthly based on the Assets Under Consultancy at inception, and rebalanced every July 1 and December 1

Shall not be less than Php1,000 per month

Shall be billed every month
MAINTENANCE (PERFORMANCE) FEE

Collected after year-end or upon termination of the contract, based on performance

Computed as 10% of the excess return over the benchmark

No maintenance fee is charged during periods of underperformance

No maintenance fee is charged if the portfolio remains below its previous highest year-end value (high-water mark)
